Most products are shipped UPS Ground next day on most items with delivery up to 5 business days depending on recipients location. On large orders alternative shipping company may be used.
Currently we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses or Military Addresses.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE/MISSING MERCHANDISE
Inspect your product(s) immediately upon receipt. If you should receive parts that are freight damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier (i.e. UPS Ground)1-800-742-5877 immediately. They will process your claim. If you find a shortage in your order, you must advise us of that shortage within 7 days. |
